What is H-commerce?
H-commerce means hybrid commerce: online and offline together. Aapeet is India's first H-commerce platform. Customers find a product online, book it with a small booking amount, and buy it in person at a local shop near them. Your shop gets the customer, the customer gets to see the product before paying the rest.
Is Aapeet a delivery app?
No. Customers book online and come to your shop to buy. If your shop already delivers with your own people, you can offer delivery too: you pack it and your people take it. Aapeet has no riders.
Who pays the booking amount?
The customer pays it online when they book. It is a small flat amount set by the product price, and it stops fake bookings. It is part of your price, and it comes back to you after pickup, minus a small service fee.
How do I get the money paid online?
Money collected online for your shop is paid to you in batches. You can see what is pending and what is paid in your dashboard.
Can customers return or replace a product?
Yes. They first check it at your counter before paying the rest. If they still need a return or replacement, they ask in the app. You approve it if it is eligible, and they bring it to your shop at a set time. Then you repair, replace or take it back. It works the same for pickup and delivery orders.
What can I sell?
Things people usually buy online: phones, electronics, home appliances, footwear, cycles, watches and more. Not groceries, meat or food.
Which cities?
Aapeet is starting in Pondicherry. More cities will come after that.

Yes. You submit your business details, documents, GST and bank details. Our team checks them before your shop goes live.
